The dining room
The evening meal, the « Table d’Hôtes », served by Michel and Evelyne who will introduce you to their varied and delicious food. Michel does the baking (Quiche Lorraine, Dijon Tart, Provencal Tuna Tart, Langres Cheese Puff Pastry, Crème Brûlée, Apple Pie, Kiwi Tart, Chocolate Mousse...) and Evelyne will prepare for you some regional delicacies (Boeuf Bourguignon, Fish in Mustard Sauce, Turkey Fricassee in Tomato Sauce, Venison in Wine and Herbs, Turkey Roast with Orange Sauce, Chicken in Cider...) and a few hot or cold terrines (Vegetable Terrine, Salmon and Grapefruit Terrine) or her winter vegetable soups...
